MsgWallet exists for honest business messaging. These rules protect your customers and your sender reputation.

Notification route rules

Messages are delivered over the notification route (Meta-approved notification templates only): order updates, booking confirmations, reminders, alerts. Promotional words (offer, discount, sale, deal, buy now, limited time, lowest price), prize, loan or KYC tricks (winner, lottery, loan approved, KYC expired) and adult or illegal content are rejected before sending, because they cannot be delivered reliably on this route and put sender numbers at risk.

The same rules apply to media attachments (image, video, PDF). Media is not automatically text-checked; Digi Soft reviews it before bulk campaigns. The customer is responsible if a sender number is blocked or suspended because of their media content.

Always required

Every contact must have given you clear permission (opt-in) to receive your messages.
WhatsApp campaigns use pre-approved notification templates (updates, receipts, reminders, OTPs).
One clear business identity: your messages say who they are from.
You honor stop/unsubscribe requests immediately.

Never allowed

Spam, bought or scraped contact lists.
Promotional or marketing content in notification templates (this breaks WhatsApp rules and gets numbers banned).
Abuse, threats, adult content, gambling, illegal goods, loan harassment, or misleading claims.
Faking delivery reports or sender identity.

How we check

Campaigns go through automated content checks and human review. Big campaigns send a small test sample first; the full campaign continues only when the sample delivers cleanly.

Breaking the rules

We can refuse campaigns, pause sending, or close accounts that break this policy. Serious abuse is reported to the providers.
