Terms of Service

MsgWallet is a campaign wallet run by Digi Soft, operated by CRYPTWARE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, Ground Floor, 6/11, Somu Street, Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600014, India (GSTIN: 33AAKCC7013Q1ZD). It lets approved customers send WhatsApp notification messages and emails to their own contacts who agreed to hear from them.

Your account

You get an account from Digi Soft. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything sent from your account.

Credits and pricing

Campaigns are paid for with credits. Prices are shown per pack before you buy, are in Indian rupees, and do not include GST. GST is added where the law requires it. Online card/UPI payments through the payment gateway carry a gateway fee shown clearly before you pay; you can instead pay by UPI transfer to our QR code with no gateway fee.

What you can send

WhatsApp messages use pre-approved notification templates only. All contacts must have given you permission (opt-in). We check content before sending and can refuse or stop any campaign. Details are on the Fair use page.

Honest reports

Reports show the real status from the phone company and email providers: Delivered, Sent waiting for delivery, Failed or Waiting. We never invent results.

Notification route rules

Messages are delivered over the notification route (Meta-approved notification templates only): order updates, booking confirmations, reminders, alerts. Promotional words (offer, discount, sale, deal, buy now, limited time, lowest price), prize, loan or KYC tricks (winner, lottery, loan approved, KYC expired) and adult or illegal content are rejected before sending, because they cannot be delivered reliably on this route and put sender numbers at risk.

The same rules apply to media attachments (image, video, PDF). Media is not automatically text-checked; Digi Soft reviews it before bulk campaigns. The customer is responsible if a sender number is blocked or suspended because of their media content.

Stopping service

We can pause or close accounts that break these terms, especially for spam or misleading content. Unused credits in a closed abusive account are not refunded.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect losses, provider outages (WhatsApp, Meta, email networks), or delays outside our control.

Changes

If we change these terms we update this page with a new date.
