MsgWallet is a fully digital service. We sell no physical goods and nothing is shipped by post or courier.

Wallet credits

Credits are added to your MsgWallet wallet after your payment is confirmed. You can see the balance in your account right away.

Official WhatsApp API onboarding

If you order the Official WhatsApp API service, your sender account is created and activated within 24-72 working hours after we receive your documents and payment. You get your login by email and WhatsApp.

Credits

Message pack credits are added to your wallet after payment confirmation, usually within one working hour. You can see your balance any time in your dashboard.

Message delivery

Messages are delivered electronically over the WhatsApp Business Platform and email networks. Every campaign report shows the real delivery status per recipient as the networks report it - delivered, waiting, or failed. Failed messages are refunded to your wallet automatically.
