Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credits

Credits you buy are added to your MsgWallet balance. Credits are not transferable.

Refunds

• Failed messages: if a message fails at the provider, the credits for that message go back to your balance automatically.
• Unused credits: if you stop using MsgWallet, unused credits can be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days, minus any payment gateway charges already paid.
• Used credits: credits for messages already sent are not refundable.

Cancellation

A campaign that has not started can be cancelled and its reserved credits return to your balance. A campaign already sending cannot be cancelled mid-way.

Gateway fee

The online payment gateway fee (shown before payment) is charged by the gateway and is not refundable.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your account name and payment date; we confirm within 2 working days.
